Greek Passport Photos

Greece Passport & Visa Photo Requirements

• Two (2) of 4cm x 6cm, head 31mm - 35mm
• Recent (no more than a month old)
• Color digital photograph 4x6 m (or 1.6 x 2.3 inches)
• Glasses are allowed but we normally ask people to remove them
• With babies, you must not be able to see parent's hands, fingers etc.
• You are not allowed to smile, frown or show your teeth
• The skin color in Greek Passport Photos must be natural
• The iris of the eyes must be clearly visible in Greek Passport photos
• The head must occupy between 50% to 60% of the photo
• Shoulders to the top of the head must occupy between 70 to 75% of the photo
• Overall photograph size must be 40mm x 60 mm
• Shadows in Greek Passport Photos are not allowed
• Photos must be taken on a plain white or off-white background
• Photos must be chemically developed on high quality photographic paper
• "Red eye" in Greek passport and visa photos is unacceptable.
